Learn to Apply Veneer for looks and useability

 

The following are specific woodworking technologies presented.

• Interpret working drawings and Veneer specifications and Veneer layout
• Learn Cutting of veneer using knife and/or veneer saw
• Fabricate sections through matching and taping
• Acquire proficiency in using Veneer tools, Veneer adhesives
• Understand Applying adhesives and hammering and/or rolling veneer

 

 

Class for AGES 18 and UP or School's Permission

A certificate is awarded upon class completion

Prerequisites:

   Master Woodworking Program Courses or with consent of the instructor

   NO materials or tools needed.

 

 

The class takes thirty-two hours in eight hour blocks of time over a four-day period.  Days and times may be altered depending on the circumstances.

 

FEES:

Tuition $1145.00 + Laboratory $390.00 + Materials (solid oak) $155.00 = $1,690.00 and you keep the project.
