Basic Production Techniques
Build a Vanity that the whole family will enjoy. Learn to Build a Project in separate modules and then Assemble the Modules together.
The following are specific woodworking technologies presented.
- Interpret working drawings
- Learn how to produce mirror frames with bandsaw, tablesaw, and router.
- Fabricate carcass stiles and rails with tablesaw and router.
- Acquire proficiency in safe and correct use of tools and machine operations.
- Understand complex machining
- Accomplish the art of Queen Anna or Cabriole style legs
Class for AGES 18 and UP or School's Permission
Class # Vf-102
A certificate is awarded upon class completion
Prerequisites:
Master Woodworking Program Courses or with consent of the instructor
NO materials or tools needed.
The class takes sixty hours in eight hour blocks of time over a eight-day period. Days and times may be altered depending on the circumstances.
FEES:
Tuition $1154.00 + Laboratory $365.00 + Materials (solid oak) $175.00
= $1694 and you keep the project.
